I am a counsellor who will focus on you the client. I am a caring and supportive person who will listen to you with a non judgemental attitude.
My belief as a counsellor is that you have the answers within you and that you can discover what is best for you. My role is to facilitate this process. In this fast paced world it is helpful if you take out time to address your issues in the presence of a supportive professional.
In our lives there are many issues that can be a challenge the following are some examples however I address any issue that you the client require support with.

All counselling sessions are held in strict confidentiality and as a member of "The Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW Inc" ( CAPA ) I also work within their ethical and professional boundaries.
